A Way To Better Control Ones Emotions

Usually emotions is well associated with strong uncontrollable feelings, and usually people agree to that thought. But what if you found that its not something uncontrollable and it is not always associated with strong feelings. There are people in the world that are well capable of not only knowing when it is best to show their emotions and when to understand other peoples actions that is influenced by their emotions. Eqi 20, is only one way to do so.

What is the reason why this intelligence is not part of the school basin curriculum. It is because most people do not think that its at all important, after all it is not something that is easily comprehended and understood. In fact nobody is ever born with it, everyone needs a good amount of time to actually learn it.

But it does not make it any less significant, according to the study of Antonio Demasio neuroscientist, if most of the brain parts responsible for emotions have been damage it becomes difficult for that person to make rational decisions. When you look at it in this perspective do you not think that it is of utmost importance.

However, have you ever thought about why they are always so angry and unsatisfied, why it seems like they gain pleasure in others pain. When you start to learn about this intelligence you are taught about how anger can be cover for sadness, how happiness can be sorrow, and how some things may not be what they seem to be.

Gladly there are still people whom are striving to achieve better understanding of why others act the way they do. How emotions affect a persons rational decision. Because often time, a lot of people wear mask to hide what they truly feel, they would resolve to anger when they are lonely, they would hide behind a smile when they are sad.

Imagine not being able to make good rational decisions at work or even encountering situations while just walking around town. That is why there are some businesses these day that engages into having Emotional intelligence part of their actions for their employees.

And all the other portion is found through experience, another thing that is learned through experience and communicating with other people is emotional intelligence. The more you try to get to know others the more you become aware of yourself, you start to think of how to justify ones action. And if you would ever resolve to such actions if your placed in the same situation.

When you think about the expenses of promoting this emotional intelligence in the work place maybe one should try to consider the possibility of positive outcomes in having employees whom has control over their emotion and understanding of co employees emotions and actions.

What this world needs is for one to be aware of the fact that emotions can be a great factor that could affect a person decision. And solely being overwhelmed by emotions can easily drive a person to make mistakes. It is time the people start to take consider the fact that emotional intelligence might be what everyone needs to make a better future for the entire human race.
