The number of elements in Western astrology is four; they are air, fire, earth, and water. The number of elements in Chinese astrology is five wood, water, fire, metal, and earth. Five major planets are incorporated in Chinese astrology. This astrology helps to understand self and to divine the future. In Chinese astrology, the characteristics of a man or woman are observed by the zodiac symbols which are determined according to his/her date and time of birth. Different positions of the planets according to the positions of the sun and moon may influence those characteristics of the zodiac symbol of that person. The planet Jupiter has an important role in Chinese astrology; it is stated as the year-star.

To know this, you must know the chart and follow the steps. Chinese birth chart is a two-dimensional chart, the ages are indicated in one direction and the months are indicated in another direction. If the woman is twenty-two years old, then find out the line that is indicated the age 22 and then through that line find out the month of conception, then if the intersecting cell indicates a G it will be a girl or if the cell indicates a B it will be a boy. So, by using the cross references of the Chinese birth chart you can get the news of the boy or daughter who is coming in the world. But you should remember that the accuracy is not 100 percent.
