In fact, joining other people makes it powerful and there is more effect than performing it alone.

In order for something to succeed, the person responsible must always have the willpower. Sometimes this gets hard if you are alone and in need of motivation and strength to connect with your inner self. The key is in starting something and making sure that it endures.

There is also motivation and support that people get from one another. This is more helpful to those new to the practice as they can learn a lot from those with experience. At the same time, the experienced also get to expand their skills and learn new things by teaching and guiding beginners.

When having people over your place for a practice meeting, make sure you have somewhere spacious where you will gather up. If you have a special room for practicing, the better; but if not then you should make use of other rooms around the house that can give you the space you need. It is important to make the place usable for everyone.

In order for people to focus during the session, they must be comfortable. Sometimes it can hurt to sit on the floor for too long, thus laying mattresses around for people to use would be good idea. Also, setting the mood before everyone comes in will make them to easily integrate. In preparation for the gathering, just make sure that you use safe items that will not be harmful to your visitors.

There should be someone to lead the session, this person can be chosen by the group or can be volunteers. What is essential is to follow the guide so that everyone would be on the same level. If you cannot use your house as the venue, you can try gyms. Ask if they have any free studios that you can make use of. Avoid peak gym hours as there would so many people at that time.
